Haematology Journal of Bangladesh has now been approved by BMDC. On 16th June, 2020, Bangladesh Medical and Dental Council issued a letter of approval of Haematology Journal of Bangladesh (memo. no. বিএম এন্ড ডিসি/ ৪-ডি-২০১৯/ ৫৬৯৪). The approval works since the journal’s first published issue, i.e. July, 2017. It is notable that the journal started its journey on July/2017 as a print version (ISSN: 2523-1219) as the official journal of Haematology Society of Bangladesh. Later its online version started on November/2019 (ISSN: 2707-1405). The journal is already indexed in ROAD, CrossRef, Google Scholars, and Ulrich’s Periodicals Directory.

The president and the secretary expressed their thanks to the editorial team and the persons involved behind the successful effort. The president and secretary have also invited all from home and abroad to submit their articles in this journal and, thereby, appealed to contribute its continuous improvement.
