How to make bone marrow aspiration smear without the need for EDTA solution…

It is customary to use EDTA solution to make bone marrow aspiration smears in Bangladesh. The aspirates are taken in a petry dish containing EDTA solution. Then the particles are collected and placed on the glass slides to make the smear. Here we are showing how to make bone marrow aspiration smear without EDTA solution. Just use the packet of the sterile hand gloves instead of EDTA.
